Your student is
my commitment.

I aim to empower students to change the world around them.

Students automatically perform at a higher rate when they know they are in a caring environment surrounded by caring adults. As the saying goes, “Students don’t care what you know until they know that you care.” It is my responsibility to surround my students with a nurturing and caring faculty. One-third of our faculty has volunteered to be active on our School Climate Committee. The mission of this committee is to continually promote a positive environment through recognizing students and faculty.

Reflecting the positive atmosphere in our building, student performance has improved significantly over the last six years. The average ACT Composite Score is the highest it has been in school history at 24. Additionally, the percentage of students attending college has increased by nearly 20% over the last six years.

The connection between our students’ success and their environment is
unmistakable.
