Education Philosophy

In both of my high school principal positions, I created the motto, “It takes all of us to build and maintain a positive school climate”. Meaning, all students, parents, teachers, administrators, guidance counselors, custodians, and secretaries must work together on the same goals to build and maintain a positive school climate.  This motto was visibly displayed in the cafeteria at both high schools I served as principal. The motto was also printed on student and staff t-shirts. During school assemblies, students knew what we stood for by easily reciting our school motto.
